A film about the first responders of 9/11. After risking everything on that day and countless others, the first responders carry out their seemingly thankless job without hesitation.

John, this piece is very heartfelt & I enjoyed witnessing another
perspective. Thank you for sharing this piece as a result of your
Visit to New York. God Bless
THAT was fantastic, John!! You found your story! David and I just sat and watched it through twice. My favorite parts: the guy saying “you don’t know who you are breathing” – twice – and the music was PERFECt and the ending, when the music swells and you have the lights. I had other favorite parts too, but those gave me shivers. I liked the footage from 9-11: it fit in just exactly right.
I liked the picture of the first responder in front of the ambulances getting ready for a portrait – just a guy, you know? Just like us but look what he’s been through.
Remarkable!!!!!
One more thing – it allowed the viewer time to remember where he or she was and what those very private feelings were – it allowed some meditation so I could mingle my own personal experience with the story.
This is excellent!!
John- this is truly amazing!! You continue to inspire us to follow our dreams & accomplish more! I know you’re going to do incredible things & I’m blessed to call you my friend!
John
So beautifully done, what a tribute. Got a tear in my eye watching it. Polished and touching
Thanks so much Lucy! I’m glad you like it. Good to hear from you!

Thank you so much for your story and the photographs you took. They were absolutely beautiful. I was glad you were able to get to the firehouse and finish your project. It was great. Next time your coming up to NY, come up for St Patrick’s Day. I will get you a spot with the NYPD Emerald Society Pipe Band and you can march up 5th Avenue. Then go to our after party later that day.
